Chloe Munkenbeck (b. London, UK) is an artist and designer whose work uses architectural forms as both metaphor and medium to unpack the power structures supported by the built environment. She holds an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and an MA of Architecture from The University of Edinburgh. Munkenbeck’s first solo show at Roman Susan was featured in Art Forum’s “Must See” list and her work has been featured in Newcity Art. She has exhibited at Chicago Artists Coalition, Adds Donna, Midway Art Fair, Bird Show, and Zhou B Art Center. Most recently, Munkenbeck was the exhibition designer for Everlasting Plastics at the US Pavilion in the Biennale Architettura 2023.
