Josh Usmani is a current art student at Cleveland State University specializing in cartooning and Pop Surrealism. Since 2008, his work has been in over 30 group exhibitions and three juried shows including 2nd Place in Red Bull's "Gripped Canvas" skate deck art competition and "Best Work on Paper" in CSU's Student Show last Spring. Last August, he had his first solo exhibition, "Who the Hell is Josh Usmani?", at Breakneck Gallery in Lakewood. In December he curated his first group exhibition "Controversy" at Zaller Gallery in Collinwood featuring 80 works by 30 local artists.
