Mitzi Lai, a long time teacher and popular workshop instructor, her paintings have won many awards and are in corporate as well as private collections throughout the area and several countries. Her passion to art leads her to many different mediums, from Chinese painting, oil, watercolor to digital fine arts. Mitzi has a Master of Arts degree from Stephen F. Austin State Univ. Texas.
Mitzi is an Artist-in-Residence for the Ohio Arts Council's Arts Learning and member of Oil Painters of America, American Woman Painter, Ohio Plein Air Society. She teaches at Cleveland Museum of Art as well as workshops at various locations. Besides painting, giving workshop, lecturing, she is also a professional designer for dinner wares, fabric and other home furnishing products as well as greeting cards, paper products ....etc.
