In this workshop, participants will learn basic brain anatomy and function related to how trauma is experienced. We will also practice a trauma-informed yoga class, with a discussion. No prior knowledge or yoga experience necessary--all are welcome. This class is not a therapy session, we will be discussing information that may be sensitive to some. If you have a mat, please bring it. You will be able to choose a mat or chair. This workshop is free and open to the public, but space is limited so please RSVP through Eventbrite here.
