SPACES is pleased to welcome Everlasting Plastics back home, opening September 26, 2025 | 6:00 - 9:00 PM. Originally premiering at the U.S. Pavilion during the 2023 Venice Architecture Biennale, this compelling group exhibition brings together a diverse group of artists and designers to examine our complex relationship with plastic.
Rather than offering a straightforward critique, Everlasting Plastics considers the material's cultural pervasiveness and the entangled, often paradoxical connection we share with it. The exhibition acknowledges our global interdependence on plastic—both its consequences and its potential as a catalyst for change.
Participating artists include Xavi Aguirre, Simon Anton, Ang Li, Norman Teague, and Lauren Yeager.
