Loom Room | Rust Belt opens at Vessel City on Sunday, November 8th in Cleveland, OH!
Loom Room is a collaborative art project fostering experimental art spaces around a communal loom, featuring performance interventions, sculptural works, and curated social dialogue to explore community connection and creative resilience.
Join us on November 8th from 6-9 PM for an evening of communal weaving, a warm dinner, and a live sonic loom performance by FOOSH, where collective movements of weaving are amplified into an experimental electronic soundscape. A second sonic loom event will be held on Saturday, November 21st from 7-10pm, featuring sound artists Arfil Pajarillaga, paxzi, and Fuchsia Faraday.
Loom Room is supported by The Satellite Fund, administered by SPACES Cleveland and funded by The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts Regional Regranting Program.
