Sculptor Elizabeth Emery (Cleveland Heights) uses a variety of materials, colors and textures to address social practices, feminism, and issues of power. In SPACELab, she has recorded interviews with Clevelanders from all walks of life about discrimination and racism. the nurse and the police officer allows visitors to challenge their own prejudices while openly listening to those of their neighbors.

Elizabeth Emery (1964/03/16) is a multidisciplinary artist working in various mediums and across genres. Her sculptures and paintings reference movement, gravity, and the experience of the body.
