Signs of The Times  Sabina Haque | artist

What does "home" mean in the 21st century? Is it where you come from, where you belong, where you feel safe? Is it a physical manifestation that contains us and our belongings? Or is it a quest for a better life and a sense of belonging?

Home Again looks at the concept of "home" in a larger sense and invites the audience to question it through these videos. Home being taken away (as in Wonderland), home being destroyed (as in Missing Sky), home as being remembered (as in Women's Memory), home as it is redefined (as in Born into Exile and Signs of the Times).

Participating artists: Sabina Haque (Portland, OR), Bissane Al-Charif (Paris, France), Bissane AL Charif & Mohamad Omran (Paris, France & Syria).
