Celebrate an incredible 40 years of artistic exploration and experimentation with 17 artists & collectives and 4 executive directors who represent the wide range of cultural production that has taken place through SPACES.

20/20 Hindsight = 40 Years is curated by SPACES Executive Director Christina Vassallo, and former Executive Directors: founder James Rosenberger, Susan Channing, and Christopher Lynn. Each curator selected a group of artists who have defined their time at the helm of SPACES and whose work with SPACES propelled the artists' careers.

Anderson (Cleveland, OH) &; Elena Harvey Collins (Santa Cruz, CA); and Jud Yalkut (d. Cincinnati, OH). Dustin Grella (Bronx, NY) will collect visitors' favorite SPACES stories through his Animation Hotline phone booth, in order to turn the voice mails into stop motion animations that be shown at SPACES in November 2018.

Christa Donner

Christa Donner was born in 1975 in Morristown, New Jersey.
