Elizabeth Turrell (b. 1942, Yorkshire, England) studied at Lowestoft School of Art in Suffolk, England, and Central School of Art and Design in London. Her work has been shown at the Kroenbacken Museum, Erfurt, Germany; Galerie Christel, Limoges, France; and Studio Fusion Gallery, London, England. She is a member of the Royal West of England Bristol (Academician) Society of North American Goldsmiths. She teaches enameling at West Dean College. An enamel artist, her work primarily deals with themes surrounding war and conflict.
We strongly encourage the continued use of masks and social distancing. SPACES is located close to the 26, 76, and 81 bus stops, as well as the Red Line Rapid station. Street parking is available throughout Hingetown, as are bike racks. We are wheelchair accessible throughout the galleries.
Gallery hours are Wednesday-Saturday 12PM-5PM.
